This Is No Joke: 8 Hard-to-Believe Stories

While most people choose to share pranks and the nastiest jokes on April Fool's day, i go against the grain to present your 11 unbelievable but true stories . Unbelievable? Believe them!

This 8-year-old boy married a 61-year-old mother

Imagine you have a child. Let's say a son. He's only 8 years old. That's only Standard 2 in primary school. 8-year-old kids today should be out at the field playing hopscotch, listening to Justin Bieber or catapulting Angry Birds on an iPad. That's not the case for Sanele Masilela from South Africa however, who just got married to a 61-year-old woman, Helen Shabagu, in front of 100 guests. Would you marry someone 53 years older like Sanele, if your dead ancestors told you to?

This monstrous 3-in-1 egg

Residents of a Chinese town are celebrating a "miracle" chicken that has developed a habit of laying enormous eggs. After three weeks of bigger-than-normal eggs, the chicken laid a monster -- weighing in at almost half a pound, the egg contained two yolks, plus an entire, regular-sized egg inside.
The 87-year-old woman who owns the chicken said she thought the chicken was dying when it was laying the egg, and gives credit to the hen's strange diet for its mammoth output.

This lady has five husbands, who are all brothers

young Indian woman has spoken out about being married to five husbands, all of whom are brothers. Rajo Verma, 21, lives in one room with the siblings and they sleep on blankets on the floor.
The mother-of-one, who sleeps each night with a different brother, does not know which of her five related husbands is the father of her 18-month-old son.

This "diet-glasses" makes food look larger to help you lose weight

Researchers at the University of Tokyo have developed devices that use computer wizardry and augmented reality to fool the senses and make users feel more satisfied with smaller - or less appealing - treats.
On one device goggle-mounted cameras send images to a computer, which magnifies the apparent size of the cookie in the image it displays to the wearer while keeping his hand the same size, making the snack appear larger than it actually is.
In experiments, volunteers consumed nearly 10 percent less when the biscuits they were eating appeared 50 percent bigger.
They ate 15 percent more when cookies were manipulated to look two-thirds of their real size.

This cat was arrested by the police for helping prisoners escape

In a weird case, a cat trained by prisoners to deliver cell phones and tools to dig tunnels was caught at a jail in northeastern Brazil after sneaking in with forbidden items strapped to its body.

Someone took a marker pen and drew all over this Lamborghini, and its looks awesome

This is the famously cool Sharpie Lamborghini Gallardo of Lamborghini Miami. No car graphics, decals or stickers were used, just a simple black Sharpie marker pen!

Owner Brett David commissioned the art work by Jona Cerwinske who created it using Sharpie markers on the white paint and then finished with a clear coat for protection.

This cool car art took approximately 2 weeks to complete. Brett David introduced the car in California during the Concorso Italiano at Pebble Beach week in 2007.

This lion killed a lady while she was having sex in a bush

A romantic romp in the bush turns fatal for a woman who was attacked, mauled and killed by a lion. The man, however, managed to escape naked except for a condom. The incident reportedly took place near Kariba, Zimbabwe.

This generator can produce 6 hours of electricity with 1 litre of urine!

A quartet of African teens have developed a generator that runs on urine. The talented young scientists -- Duro-Aina Adebola, Akindele Abiola and Faleke Oluwatoyin, all 14, and Bello Eniola, 15 -- debuted their pee-powered contraption at Maker Faire Africa in Lagos, Nigeria

Urine is put into an electrolytic cell, which cracks the urea into nitrogen, water, and hydrogen. The hydrogen goes into a water filter for purification, which then gets pushed into the gas cylinder. The gas cylinder pushes hydrogen into a cylinder of liquid borax, which is used to remove the moisture from the hydrogen gas. This purified hydrogen gas is pushed into the generator ... 1 Liter of urine gives you 6 hours of electricity.
